Returns and Refund Policy

As the YouTube Creator Academy is a digital product and online community, access to all content is granted immediately upon purchase. By making this purchase, you acknowledge that it cannot be canceled, and Tayo Aina (the Seller) is not obligated to provide a refund unless the conditions below are met.

Refund Eligibility

  1. You have implemented all the strategies taught in the Academy within 30 days.
  2. Despite applying the teachings, you have not achieved any measurable progress on your YouTube channel.
  3. You provide sufficient proof of your efforts.

What Counts as Proof?

To qualify for a refund, you must provide clear evidence that you actively participated in the Academy’s program and applied the lessons to your YouTube channel. This includes, but is not limited to:

✅ Uploaded Videos – At least 3–5 videos created based on the Academy’s teachings, covering content planning, filming, editing, and optimizing.

✅ Optimized Video Titles, Thumbnails & Descriptions – Screenshots showing that you applied the strategies for video optimization (SEO, compelling thumbnails, effective descriptions, and hashtags).

✅ YouTube Analytics Data – Screenshots from YouTube Studio showing video performance (views, watch time, CTR, audience retention, etc.) before and after applying the course teachings.

✅ Consistency & Execution Over Time – Proof that you have regularly uploaded and implemented the strategies over the 30-day period (video publishing schedule, analytics trends, engagement tracking, etc.).

✅ Community Participation – Evidence that you engaged with the Academy’s community (e.g., asked questions, shared progress, or sought feedback).

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, you must:

  1. Submit a written request to admin@buildonyoutube.com within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Attach all necessary proof as listed above.
  3. Explain in detail what you tried and why it did not work for you.

Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness. If approved, refunds will be processed immediately.
